Our family plan includes two adults and up to two children. You can select options for which plans the adults have and all members receive unlimited visits. The premium plan option gives one or both adults one chiropractic visit per month. Have more than two children? Add them to your plan by going back to the pricing page.

You can select options for what type of plan the adult has between standard and premium. If you need to add more children please go back to the pricing page and add them from there.
